I joined Powerhouse in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the community, coaches and programming. I love the positivity, variation and challenge each day brings. And, I have grown so much in my fitness and personally as a result. I received the Level 1 Trainer Certificate in 2023 and have enjoyed coaching as a way to give back to the community that has given me so much.

When I'm not in the gym, I'm usually working at my high-tech job or hanging out with my French Bulldog, Bones. Hope to see you in a class soon!
