As a first responder for 20 years I’ve always maintained a reasonable amount of fitness as it’s a requirement to the job and just feels good. While in a fitness slump about 10 years ago, I needed something to challenge me and my level of fitness. I discovered functional fitness through a friend. I was quickly hooked! I learned all types of new movements and increased my physical capacity. After several years of enjoying the group Fitness atmosphere, I decided I wanted to become a trainer so I could help others and promote fitness in their lives. I’ve been coaching for about five years now and thoroughly enjoy helping others succeed at their challenges. I recently continued my training education and recieved a second level training certificate in hope of continuing my growth and coaching abilities.  Other than healthy living, my faith and family are super important to me. I have a wonderful wife of 25 years and 4 great kids! Fun fact, I love playing ice hockey!
